Guarantees · San Diego County

Money back
on your tint.

Not happy with it? Tell us within 7 days. We come back and put it right — and if you still don’t want the film, we take it off and refund what you paid for the install. Nobody should be stuck looking at tint they don’t like every time they get in the car.

7-day money back on tint On time, or $50 off Flawless at 30 days Licensed & insured

01 / The promise

Four things we put in writing.

Every tint shop in San Diego says “lifetime warranty.” That covers the film failing in year six. It doesn’t cover the part you’re actually weighing up: handing your car to someone who pulls into your driveway. These four are ours, not the manufacturer’s, and all of them are written into our terms.

Guarantee 01

Money back on your tint

Tell us within 7 days and we’ll come back and correct the work. If you still don’t want the film, we remove it and refund what you paid for the tint installation.

Guarantee 02

Flawless at 30 days

Haze and small water pockets are normal while film cures. After 30 days they aren’t. Bubble, crease or light gap on glass we installed, we come back and redo that window free.

Guarantee 03

On time, or $50 off

You get a two-hour arrival window, not “sometime Tuesday.” If we haven’t pulled up by the end of it, $50 comes off the job. A shop can’t promise you this — you’re the one doing the driving.

Guarantee 04

The number doesn’t move

We confirm your price from your vehicle details before the appointment, and that’s what you pay. Find old film or aftermarket glass? We tell you what it changes and you decide, before we start.

02 / How to claim

Three steps. No forms.

1

Text or call us

Send a photo of what’s bothering you to (858) 407-0711, or just call. There’s no claim form and no portal.

2

We come back

Same mobile service, same no travel fee. Most complaints are one window and take under an hour to put right.

3

Still not happy?

We remove the film and refund the install. You get your glass back the way it started.

03 / The fine print

What’s covered, plainly.

A guarantee with hidden conditions isn’t a guarantee. Here are ours, stated up front rather than buried.

Why 7 days and not longer?
Film takes about three days to cure, and it looks hazy the whole time — judging it on day one isn’t fair to either of us. Seven days covers the cure plus several days of actually living with it, which is the honest window for deciding you don’t like it. Past that, it stops being about the tint and starts being about damage, which the film warranty covers separately.
What isn’t covered?
Film damaged after we leave. That means windows rolled down during the three-day cure, cleaning the film with ammonia instead of the cloth we leave you, and impact or scratching. The money-back guarantee applies to window tint only — paint protection film and vinyl wraps aren’t included, since neither can be removed and refunded the same way.
Do I get the money back, or a credit?
Money back. We refund what you paid for that tint installation, to the card or method you paid with. It isn’t store credit and it doesn’t oblige you to book anything else with us.
When does the $50 late credit not apply?
Where the delay is outside our control — weather that makes a safe install impossible, or the vehicle or location not being accessible at the time we agreed. It applies once per appointment and comes off the final invoice. If we’re running behind, you’ll hear it from us before you have to ask.
Does this replace the film warranty?
No. These are our own commitments on top of it. The film itself carries a manufacturer warranty against bubbling, peeling, cracking, delamination and color change — lifetime on ceramic and super ceramic for as long as you own the vehicle, 5 years on carbon.
Money-back

Seven days to change your mind on tint, a two-hour arrival window with money behind it, and a price that doesn’t move after we confirm it. All four are in our terms, not just on this page.
