Every tint shop in San Diego says “lifetime warranty.” That covers the film failing in year six. It doesn’t cover the part you’re actually weighing up: handing your car to someone who pulls into your driveway. So these are the four we’ll write down, and they’re in our terms. Guarantee 01
Film needs about three days to cure, and small water pockets during that window are normal. After 30 days they aren’t. If there’s a bubble, a crease or a light gap on any window we installed, we come back and redo that glass. No charge, no argument about whose fault it is.
Guarantee 02
You get a two-hour arrival window, not “sometime Tuesday.” If we haven’t pulled up by the end of it, $50 comes off the job. A shop can’t make you this promise, because you’re the one doing the driving and the waiting.
Guarantee 03
We confirm your price from your vehicle details before the appointment. That confirmed number is what you pay. If we find old film to strip or aftermarket glass, we tell you what it changes and you decide — before we start, never after.
Guarantee 04
Not happy with it? Tell us within 7 days and we’ll come back and put it right. If you still don’t want the film, we take it off and refund what you paid for the install. Nobody should be stuck looking at tint they don’t like every time they get in the car.
